Oyasumi Meditation®︎Yoga Nidra Representative

She started her career in the entertainment industry in her teens and worked as an actress for 17 years.

Became a yoga instructor in 2017.

She invented "Healing Moon Yoga®︎" to align the mind and body by living in accordance with the phases of the moon, and in addition to her regular classes, she holds monthly classes on the night of the new and full moon.

Her life's work is to help people realize the healing power that resides within them through yoga and to support them in living a healthy life.

Since 2022, she has been leading the "Oyasumi Meditation ®︎ Yoga Nidra Instructor Training Course". She has been teaching each student with care and nurturing "yoga instructors who can provide true healing".

She also offers nightly 10-minute guided meditations on Voicy, an audio streaming service. She is also active as a radio personality.

She is an asana model for the Japanese edition of Yoga Journal magazine, and supervises and appears in the "Healing Moon Yoga Project".

She supervised and appeared in a feature page of Yoga & Fitness magazine.
