Night yoga for wish fulfilment on new moon eve


The new moon is a time of renewal, believed to be ideal for making wishes and setting goals. On its eve, why not spend some time immersed in nature and focusing on what is in your heart?

A series of poses - mainly standing - will allow you to move gently and without having to concentrate too hard; just 'going with the flow'!

Moving helps us notice our worries, and to also detach ourselves from them. This 'noticing and letting go' of unnecessary things is an important yoga practice.

So, let's all enjoy a midsummer evening yoga session outside!
