Healing Yoga for a Refreshing Morning

The youngest of three sisters, she grew up as a spirited and expressive child who loved to be in the spotlight.

During her student years, she worked as a model, but struggled with health issues and weight fluctuations caused by extreme dieting.

This led her to discover yoga as a way to regain balance in both body and mind.

As her practice deepened, she experienced not only physical changes but also emotional healing, which inspired her to pursue a path as a yoga instructor.

For about five years, she practiced yoga daily and began to notice a strong, muscular body reflected in the mirror.
At the same time, unresolved menstrual pain and injuries during practice led her—on a friend’s recommendation—to train in “Menstrual Blood Control Yoga.”

There, she came to deeply understand the importance of softening the body and cultivating inner awareness, and shifted her focus to yoga designed for women.
She personally experienced relief from hormonal imbalances and body discomfort through mindful release techniques, and became known for her clear, precise teaching style that emphasizes awareness and efficient movement.

Her unique method combines self-myofascial release and yoga, producing effective results in a short time with minimal physical effort—an approach she calls the foundation of “Yoga You Can Actually Stick With.”

Believing that starting with softness makes yoga accessible to anyone—regardless of age, gender, or purpose—she continues to develop and share this practical, easy-to-follow method.

In recent years, she has fallen in love with the outdoors, inspired by participating in camping events.
Her passion for cooking shines through in creative outdoor recipes that bring joy to others.

To share the same deep relaxation she finds in nature, she now hosts Camp Yoga Retreats, combining yoga, food, and the open air.
