Night Yoga Flow for Nervous System Balance

Escape the tension and stress that quietly build up in the chaos of city life and return to a sense of balance—both body and mind.

This special night session begins with a dynamic sequence that releases tension throughout the body, followed by a slower, breath-focused flow guiding you into deep relaxation.
The class gently transitions into a blissful Savasana, accompanied by an exquisite soundtrack selected by yogi-DJ Gaku Nagashima.

【Profile】

Born in 1985 to Japanese and Afghan parents, she was raised in Germany.
Since 2007, she has worked as a model in Japan.

At the same time, she was involved in the field of international cooperation for two years.
Her path to yoga began when she deeply resonated with the words of meditation teacher S.N. Goenka at the United Nations Peace Summit:
"Without individual peace of mind, world peace is not possible."

In 2017, she completed her RYT200 certification in Rishikesh, Northern India.
After returning to Japan, she began teaching studio classes alongside corporate bilingual yoga, chair yoga, and mindfulness sessions.

Since 2019, she has been based in Shonan, where she leads BALEARIC YOGA—a sunset beach yoga event infused with music.
Through yoga, she carries a gentle hope—that this world might, little by little, become a kinder place where all can breathe a little easier.
