Actor / Dancer / Yoga & Pilates Instructor

From a young age, she immersed herself in modern dance and ballet, gracing stages and competitions with expressive movement.

Her journey into acting began in 2013 with MIWA by NODA MAP, and she has since continued to explore the art of physical storytelling across stage and screen.

In 2019, while traveling, she discovered yoga—an encounter that felt like a quiet homecoming. She earned her RYT certification and began crafting classes that honor the grounding of body and mind, weaving in inspiration from nature and the open road.

Her offerings include sessions at YOGA WEEK 2024, workshops at the historic Gakushi Kaikan, and an upcoming retreat in Yakushima in March 2025.

Based in Tokyo, she shares gentle, soul-nourishing moments through yoga—inviting each student to move freely, breathe deeply, and journey inward, as if traveling through a landscape of the self.
