She began practicing classical ballet in childhood, later transitioning into a modeling career.
Having grown up in a world that constantly demanded perfection, she became used to physical and mental exhaustion—believing it was normal.
She started yoga as a way to maintain her figure, and soon found comfort in the way it made her body and mind feel lighter.
During the pandemic, she decided to deepen her practice and completed her RYT200 three years ago.
Through yoga, she learned that it's okay not to be perfect—and found new ease in living.
She now shares her personal experiences and realizations with her students, gently guiding them through practice.
Taking deep breaths under the wide open sky,
that quiet moment in Savasana when the lights suddenly go out—
just that alone feels like a full recharge.
