SHION YUKI優希 しおん
Relaxing Yoga for Digestion & Breath
【Profile】
Yoga Instructor / Dancer / Ballet & Dance Teacher
She began classical ballet at the age of five and received numerous awards in competitions.
From an early age, she built a strong foundation in physical expression, earning multiple scholarships from institutions in the United States and Germany.
She spent approximately 10 years performing with the Takarazuka Revue.
Through the intensity of live performance—where every moment is on stage—she developed a strong sense of responsibility, presence, and the ability to create unity within a shared space.
After leaving the company, she encountered yoga while seeking a deeper understanding of the connection between body and mind.
Through yoga, she found a release of unnecessary tension, allowing for more natural movement in both ballet and dance.
At the same time, she experienced a greater sense of balance in daily life.
Currently, alongside her stage work and teaching in ballet and dance, she offers yoga classes that emphasize breath and the integration of body and mind.
At Jingu Stadium Night Yoga, her class focuses on gently activating the digestive system and restoring balance from within.
Under the open night sky and evening breeze, participants are guided to release both body and mind through the rhythm of breath.
Even within a large group setting, she creates a space where each individual can feel safe, grounded, and connected to themselves.
Take this opportunity to step away from daily routines and return to yourself.
